Fred Crouch has lived in Redmond for over 20 years and enjoys all that Central Oregon has to offer, including the outdoors, mountains, and waterways. Working as a custom home builder since 1995, he has been an active and licensed contractor who has gained a wealth of knowledge when it comes to quality construction. A realtor since 2009, and additionally a real estate investor for 30 years, Fred also has experience when it comes to buying and selling new construction, commercial and investment properties, and preowned homes. He deeply appreciates the challenge of finding the best property to suit a buyer’s needs.

He has been married (a long time!) to his wonderful wife and has raised three wonderful children in Redmond. His family loves boating, skiing, motorcycles, snowmobiles, biking, and camping.
